The terms that govern your use of Kelenvest and any subscription you buy.
Kelenvest is operated by Kelenvest SA, Rue du Rhône 80, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. You can reach us at contact@kelenvest.com. These terms form the agreement between you and Kelenvest SA for your use of the Kelenvest website and services (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Kelenvest publishes market research — performance, charts, key points and written analysis covering a global equity universe — delivered on the website and by email. The service is provided for information only. Its scope, cadence and features are described on the site and may evolve over time.
You sign in without a password: we email you a one-time sign-in link, and clicking it both verifies your email address and signs you in. An account is for a single person; do not share your account or sign-in links. Keep your email address accurate and current — it is how we identify you and how we deliver the briefs and account communications.
Kelenvest offers two plans.
Free gives you the three daily market briefs — Asia, Europe and the Americas — by email, plus full access to one research universe of your choice on the website. Your universe choice is meant to be lasting: you may change it twice, for three selections in total, after which it is locked.
Plus costs $15 per month or $150 per year and unlocks everything Kelenvest produces, together with the personalization features described on the pricing page. The plan features shown on the pricing page form part of these terms.
We may offer one month of Plus free of charge. The launch offer is available once per account, requires no payment method, and gives full Plus access for one month. When the free month ends, the account reverts to the Free plan unless you have started a paid subscription.
Payments for Plus are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. This means your purchase contract for Plus is with Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction in addition to these terms. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, payment methods and applicable taxes. Prices are shown inclusive of any taxes that apply where required.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-period; you can cancel before it applies if you do not wish to continue.
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period you have already covered, and you keep access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your access to Kelenvest content is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, harvest, resell, redistribute or systematically republish the content, in whole or in part, or use automated means to extract it. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with or circumvent the technical protections of the service.
All content on the service — text, data, charts, design and the Kelenvest name and logo — remains the property of Kelenvest SA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and read the content for your own use; it transfers no ownership and no right to redistribute.
Kelenvest is research and information only. Nothing we publish is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or other instrument. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and all investments carry risk. Any investment decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for it.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information will be complete, accurate or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelenvest's total liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms — for example by misusing the content or the service. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will give notice of material changes, and your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Geneva, Switzerland.
